Order management 

1.       Be responsible for the order management(import/export/booking agent) along the cycle starting from l   Booking acceptance & acknowledgement l   Rate/space confirmation with carrier through sales l   Confirm EIR release l   D/O exchange l   Send cargo delivery notice/verify cargo pick up details/address/time l   Prepare for customer clearance (collect the customs clearance documents)/CIQ l   Send job order to trucking fleet/warehouse/Customs broker l   Collect SI l   Collect container manifest l   Verify AR/AP with customer and service provider l   Shipment track & trace l   Prepare tailor-made report   

 Documentation management 

 1.       Be responsible for LMS system input to capture shipment information, documents generation & cost/charge input timely and accurately. l   SO/Booking input into LMS l   SI collection l   Draft BL preparation l   Bill of lading verification with customer l   Cost/Charge input into LMS item by item correspondently l   Invoicing/Billing l   HBL/FCR issuance & release l   BL release l   MCN application/approval in advance l   Complete filings including both E-filings/Hardcopy filings timely and intactly 

 2.         Be responsible for E-services implementation i.e. E-booking, E-SI and etc. aiming to improve productivity & efficiency 

 3.         Be responsible for doing loading confirmation and Fee lock timely in LMS   

 Customer Service management 

 1.         Be responsible for coordination with vendor/customer/overseas agent/internal parties for any exceptions handling. 

 2.         Be responsible for enforcement of customer SOP/service standards/process in the routine operations and keep on-going review on it to make it updated to the real practice 

 3.         Be responsible for customer complaints handling, to quick response with solution then pass on/escalate to right party for long –term solution 

 4.         Be responsible for watching out volume fluctuation/payment status tendency to alert internal party 

 5.         Be responsible for periodical review of overall and key account’s performance 

 6.         Be responsible for execution of credit policy and obtain authorization for any special scenario 

 7.         Be responsible for process draft/composition Bachelor degree or above Good English reading and writing skills
