KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, work closely with SSC to ensure on time and high-quality reporting.

- Analyzing and summarizing actual results per product, industry or customer group.

- Assist line manager to prepare rolling forecast and annual plan.

- Ensure the uploading files are align with group templates.

- New product cost calculation and cost comparison between plants.

- Profitability analysis on project or contract base.

- Data collection and analysis on project base.

- Costing simulation and business case analysis

- Support on costing related projects launched by group.

- IEA for new project or investment.

- Check T&E invoice and post vouchers to SSC.

- Tracking CAPEX as well as monitor actual expense and timeline.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance

- 3 ~ 5 years related working experience in an international manufacturing company, preferably in a small-batch production

SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Good English on both oral and writing

- Solid knowledge about SAP FI and CO modules

- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel

- Experience in Hyperion

- Strong analytic skills, good communication skills
