What you will do

• You will be responsible for improving the current Closed Loop process and drive the cross-functions to execute the process.
• You will be responsible for providing analysis, as to its process and data
• You will be leading a few projects of Closed Loop Process to support the whole OTC team

How you will do it

You will start learning the Closed Loop process and understand its role under the whole OTC function. Once you are familiar with the process, you will need to deep-dive the current process and improve the process.

You will provide several reports of the current work process to the top management and provide your analysis/insight.

You will drive the process from “STABLE” to “EXECELLECE” as to “INTELIGENT”

What we look for

1. Bachelors (or local equivalent) Degree required Accounting and / or finance preferred
2. 2 - year experience in AR/project management
3. MS-Office, communication skill, data management, Power BI and RPA are plus
4. Mid-level English. Read and written with no obstacle
5. Team-work oriented
6. Proactivity is strongly preferred
7. Can work under high pressure
8. Detail driven by analyzing the current process and reports
