管理20人团队，英语流利，熟练使用SAP系统
Provide specific leadership and set the strategic direction and execution for the Record to Report
Manage service delivery to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial data in the ERP general ledger in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the U.S. (U.S. GAAP)
Supporting Business Unit executive management with timely financial reporting information
Assist functional managers on start up of Dalian Business Center R2R function and on stabilization and standardization efforts tied to achieving the target business objectives
Assist functional mangers to lead, manage and continually develop a superior R2R shared services department and establish and execute a clear vision for global accounting services
