职位描述
A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (Why does this job exists)
- Under direct supervision, promote and foster a climate of discipline in the various HR disciplines for assigned management team.
B. PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Ensures implementation of and adherence to all multi-discipline corporate, regional or local HR policies, procedures, processes and initiatives for assigned management team and within defined guidelines. Provides advice & guidance on any local concerns and escalates where appropriate to next managerial level.
- Ensures application of local labor terms & conditions is equitable and legally compliant. As and when required, makes recommendations for review and continuous improvement. Keeps abreast of any legal changes and/or HR trends.
- Facilitates implementation of and adherence to all key corporate programs in line with defined policies & guidelines, such as Ethics, Monitor/DOJ, integrity, GPAS, Employee Engagement Survey, Taleo, etc.
- Monitors all aspects of the HR Balance Scorecard, HR reports & metrics, for assigned management team (e.g. sickness, turnover & attrition rates, open positions, time to hire, etc.). Escalates any concerns to next level.
- Provides support to assigned management team in conflict situations, e.g. disciplinary and grievance advice.
- Provides first-line advice and support on any C&B related questions & policy applications, such as incentives, annual merit review, internal salary equity analysis, etc. Liaises with C&B Department as and when appropriate.
- Prepares all relevant documents related to incentive schemes, salary reviews, etc. within approved guidelines.
- Participates in salary surveys.
- Ensures that all positions within management team are provided with applicable and approved job code, job title, grade and reporting line. Responsible for maintaining accurate department tree / org charts for assigned country.
- Ensures PeopleSoft data integrity at 100 %. Prepares & validates all relevant documentation and ensures that an appropriate & accurate filing is maintained. Conducts regular HRIS audits & queries and takes appropriate action when needed.
- Provides recruitment & selection services for non-managerial positions, in close collaboration with the assigned Talent Acquisition Team Member.
- Assists the hiring manager with completing all required hiring documentation, including validation of all required information such as salary cost, job title & description.
- Ensures compliance with on boarding policies for new hires. Prepares all relevant documentation such as offer letter, employment contract, etc.
- Provides advice & support on the planning of future workforce needs, as required.
- Ensures compliance with annual performance management (e.g. GPAS, PR, etc) within assigned management team. Coaches assigned management team on the correct & consistent application of the performance management related policies, processes & tools. Runs regular follow up audits on completion & promotes a climate of execution discipline.
- Provides advice & support to assigned management team related to development plans & career paths. Coordinates any internal and/or external training needs resulting in an overall training plan, where required. Liaises with L&D Department as and when appropriate.
- Executes and monitors all preparatory work for payroll processing in order to ensure that timely and accurate salary calculations, including benefits, monthly pay-outs and tax withholdings whilst ensuring full compliance with local labor & tax laws. Liaises & steers (external) payroll providers. Runs regular audits on payroll vs. PeopleSoft compliance.
- Prepares / supports all required activities, studies & documentation in preparation of meetings with unions for assigned legal entities, where required.
- Focal point of contact for all external HR business service providers, such as temp agencies, labor law firms, insurance companies, etc.
- Facilitates any HR related training initiatives.
- Responsible for executing all mandatory, Corporate & Regional Health & Safety programs & initiatives
- In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- Min. 3 years in a HR generalist role preferably in a multinational company
