职位描述
The Local Service Delivery Manager acts as the NGA local representative for the client and for the Global Service Delivery Manager. She/He has a mission to ensure that HR outsourced services for the client in-country are delivered according to the contract in terms of timeliness, quality and in line with the agreed service levels
This role can be played by the ops manager or any representative in order to ensure an efficient communication and control.
Delivery Key responsibility:
Acts as the main representative in front of the client to ensure that local service level delivery happens as agreed
Participates in regular local service delivery meetings with the client
Documents all local client contacts and follows up on local action lists
Tracks and monitors local change requests and issue resolutions
Looks after gaps and needs for improvement and improves services together with local team in agreement with the client if required
Is responsible for local client relationship and local client satisfaction
Captures operational local reports and provides them to the client
Prepares local escalation and shares incident report with the client
Prepares local operational statistics for internal performance tracking based upon input from local operations
Prepares SLA reports and communicate to Global Service Delivery Manager for Global accounts or to the client for Local accounts
Ensures proper delivery of local change requests
Assists with change request approval process
Monitors delivery of change requests, keeps client informed on progress
Releases Payroll Calendar to client and seeks validation
Works with global service delivery manager and payroll manager to represent operations towards the client and ensures operations delivery according to the contract
Knows the contract (SoS, SLA, Governance)
Knows local agreements and arrangements
Knows SAS 70 and (local) compliance agreements.
Works with global operations to ensure compliance of the contract with standards
Operational Excellence responsibility:
Ensures the compliance and respect with all the guidelines, rules, best practices, use of templates and tools that are defined as the NgA Standard way of working
Financial Operations:
Works on operational cost, budget management & control
External approval of Change Requests
Monthly invoicing follow-up (recurring services, CRs, DSCs, etc) and liaising with accounting department
Competencies:
Good communicator and strong presentation skills
Well organized and planned, keeps good client records
Politically skilled - builds relationships with the client and the local teams
Gathering information - looks at existing issues and links with local teams and account managers to find adequate solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills, open minded and out of the box thinker
People management
Knowledge of contract
Flexible to meet client's needs within the contract and Operations Framework
