?与负责开发的专门领域合作参与设计验证计划&报告（DVP&R）的制定

?与QSL协调关于设计验证计划&报告（DVP&R）的进度

?与工艺工程部共同制定控制计划

?根据需要创建客户专用的质量文件（如，ppm预测、零件历史记录等）

?创建产品制造的测试文档

?开发阶段（到SOP）对零件历史记录进行创建和维护

?与质量部负责客户服务的人员共同协商处理ppm协议

?参与设计FMEA

?设置/参与过程-FMEA

?对PE和PML准备内部外部过程审批（工艺系列/系列能力的证明）给予支持

?创建首样文件、与客户协调首样

?参加外部开发会议（如，在客户方开会）

·从量产阶段到项目结束阶段活动：

?从量产到6个月的SOP过程中，与QSV共同处理客户投诉（QTP组织 控制质量活动、通知核心团队、参与错误分析并确定措施）

?处理项目团队现存的问题事项

·潜在客户开发阶段：

?检查评估（非批判性、批判性）并记录客户质量要求和查询处理PMT

2管理职能:

·根据项目职责完成项目订单

·项目支持小组和专业领域（如实验室）的专门管理任务

·项目核心团队和处理问题团队利用质量保证方法处理问题

3专业要求:

·EDP技能（办公软件熟练）

·参加过质量助理或类似培训课程

·英语口语和书面表达能力强

·熟悉关于产品的验证测试

·熟悉项目关于SOP和PSO知识

4教育程度及专业:

·技术教育背景（技工院校/高级技术学院/技术专业本科）

1 Technical Tasks:

·Project activities in the development phase：

? Participation in the creation of Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP & R) in collaboration with the special fields responsible for development

? Coordination of the schedule for the Design Verification Plan & Report together with QSL

? Creation of the control plan together with the Process Engineering Department under the responsibility of Process Engineering

? Creation of customer-specific quality-documents (e.g. ppm-prognosis, part history, …) if required

? Creation of the test documentation for Manufacturing

? Creation and maintenance of the part history within the development phase (until SOP)

? Coordination of ppm-agreements together with the quality-responsible of the customer’s company

? Participation in design-FMEA

? Set off/participate in the process-FMEA

? Support during the preparation of internal and external process approvals (process series/proof of series capability) of PE and PML

? Creation of the initial sample documents and coordination of the initial sampling to the customer.

? Participation in external development-meetings (e.g. at the customer’s company)

·Activities in the series phase until project end：

? Common processing of customer complaints together with QSV-series within the 6 months SOP (QTP organizes and controls quality-activities, informs the core team, participates in the error analysis and determines measures)

? Work through open points existing within the project core team

·Activities in the project routing slip (request-) phase：

? Look through, assess (non-critically, critically) and document the customer quality-requirements together with the inquiry processing PMT

? Project time plan

? Project structure plan

2 Managerial Responsibility:

·According to the project order within the project responsibilities

·Special management tasks regarding the project-supporting groups and special fields (e.g. laboratories)

·Within the project core team and problem solving team when applying knowledge on Quality Assurance methods for solving problems

3 Functional Qualifications:

·EDP-skills (MS-Office Programs)

·Course for Quality Assistant or similar

·English spoken and written

·Know what is a verification test of a product

·Know what is a SOP, PSO at a Project....

4 Education:

·Technical education (Technology High School / Senior Technical College / University of Technology)
