职位描述

Responsibility:
  • Leads the development of overall China truck, construction
    and agriculture sales business, customer growth strategies, strategic
    customer planning and ensure successful execution
  • · Responsible for developing new customers -selling and promoting out products
  • · Responsible for managing and growing sales with existing customers
  • · Works with global team for commercial business to get alignment based on global strategy.
  • · Achieves annual KPIs to meet annual financial commitments (volume, technology mix, margin, cash flow)
  • · Contributes to gross margins by keeping business growth;
  • · Maintain good customer relationship, develop and maintain frequent and regular contacts with multiple customer functions, (e.g. purchasing, quality, and engineering), including escalation management, to achieve the desired level of customer satisfaction. Ensures customer satisfaction in the development and launch of new customer products.
  • · Influences customer’s technology choice to align with the Company’s technology roadmap.
  • · Negotiates customer contracts and pricing to strive for maximum benefits for the Company.
  • · Understands the market, our Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats.
  • · Leads pipeline management to track opportunities and volumes aligned to strategic plan along with market knowledge and insight.
  • · Attracts, develops, and engages and cross functional account team members to focus on the achievement of customer objectives. Provides key input to ensure the organization is properly staffed and resourced.


Responsibility:
  • Bachelor’s
    degree required in business, engineering or other appropriate discipline.
  • Minimum
    of 6 years’ experience with original equipment commercial and customer
    management experience in commercial vehicle market
  • Strong
    business, financial and legal acumen.
  • Result-orientation,
    work under pressure
  • Excellent
    negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability
    to achieve results through others and influence without authority.
  • · Ability to identify opportunities/threats and develop and execute appropriate strategic and tactical business solutions.
  • Technical
    knowledge of lead-acid, and Lithium Ion batteries and systems preferred.
  • Requires
    50% domestic travel.
