职位描述

Responsibility:


  • Responsible for the truck, construction and agriculture sales and marketing
  • Responsible for managing and growing sales with existing customers.
  • Responsible for developing new customers -selling and promoting out products and defending our margins.
  • Align with global team for commercial business to get alignment based on global strategy.
  • Achieve annual KPI;
  • Contribute to gross margins by keeping business growth;
  • Maintain good customer relationship;
  • Negotiate commercial terms & conditions with customer; support other customer relevant topics.
  • Lead the cross-functional team to meet customer’s requirement
  • Sales & Market analysis: Understand the market, our Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats.


Requirements:


  • Over 5 years (sales) working experience in commercial vehicle market;
  • International company working experience preferred;
  • Result orientation;
  • Efficient, effective reporting, drive KPI and manage key accounts
  • Excellent
    negotiation skill
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good at communication and team work
