职位描述
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the truck, construction and agriculture sales and marketing
- Responsible for managing and growing sales with existing customers.
- Responsible for developing new customers -selling and promoting out products and defending our margins.
- Align with global team for commercial business to get alignment based on global strategy.
- Achieve annual KPI;
- Contribute to gross margins by keeping business growth;
- Maintain good customer relationship;
- Negotiate commercial terms & conditions with customer; support other customer relevant topics.
- Lead the cross-functional team to meet customer’s requirement
- Sales & Market analysis: Understand the market, our Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years (sales) working experience in commercial vehicle market;
- International company working experience preferred;
- Result orientation;
- Efficient, effective reporting, drive KPI and manage key accounts
- Excellent
negotiation skill - Excellent
interpersonal and presentation skills - Good at communication and team work
