职位描述
Responsibility:
-Define business opportunities and strategic accounts, manage & grow the strategy accounts to meet annual financial commitments (volume, technology mix, margin, cash flow)
-Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration;
-Develop and manage distribution channel, provide training to the channel partners.
-Build and manage sales team in commercial battery segments.
-Forecast and develop sales targets and plans, project expected sales volume and profits for existing and new products.
-Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring and analyzing sales outcomes and competition.
-Gather competitive intelligence in support of product and solution development of project management
-Lead market development initiatives/projects with respect to approvals, targets, resources, schedule and costs. Manage the successful delivery of the project
-Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress in milestones and deliverables
-Recruit and train team members
-Generate new sales leads and manage key customer accounts
-Manage the team members through annual target setting, reviews, coaching, career development plans.
-Plan team budget and monitor the performance
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-Familiar with commercial business in distribution, OE and fleet
-Minimum of 15 years’ sales experience with 10 years in commercial vehicle parts industry
-Minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
-Good problem solving and information seeking, analysis skill
-Good impacting communications and internal resources managing skills
