· Ensure the TA system and process development, establishment, modification and improvementin China AMC

· Be responsible for the registration and recording of funds, the clearing of fund units

· Be responsible for the clearing and settlement of subscription, redemption and dividend payment

· Be responsible for the parameter setup and maintenance in TA system, account reconciliation with sale channel

· Daily dispatch and verification of all instructions from clients and implement in direct sales system prior to cut off time

· Prepare statistical reports

· Ensure that the daily workflow adheres to anti-money laundering, compliance, fraud control and other internal policies

· Follow up on outstanding issues and provide solutions for problem solving

· Work closely with internal and external divisions to ensure a smooth workflow

· May need to work extra hours based on operational requirements

· Any other tasks assigned by management team

Experience and Qualifications Required

· 5-year experienced with China domestic Transfer Agency or Operational processes

· Experienced with process designing, project management

· Experienced with vendor performance management methodology

· Bachelor or higher degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, but not limited to)

· Mutual Fund Qualification certificate issued by Asset Management Association of China

· Fluent in English (CET-6 or above)

· Good team player

· Strong analytical skills, good logical thinking, problem-solving ability (including the ability to understand complex issues, manage and resolve complex operational issues) withproven business analysis and project co-ordination experience

· Self-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to high quality design and development, results driven, and independent

· Good communication skills, ability to develop & maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders

· Good time management ability
