3年以上BPO行业总账经验，日语口语可以沟通交流。

Requirement

• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting best practices and requirement, international finance preferred.

• Better to have GL best practices and working experience ( for Senior role, GL knowledge is must )

• Achieving KPIs/SLAs contractually agreed with the customer.

• Escalation tracking and resolution for the process issues/ errors.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a virtual environment.

• Excellent oral, written, communication skills.

• Ability to work cross -functionally with teams to build team consensus, develop effective relationships, resolve conflicts.

• “For Senior role”, please add the following requirement additionally

  • Owing and facilitating team meeting daily for better process performance and enhancement.

  • Participating in selection of new team members or hires.

  • Keeping the team motivated and focused, closely monitoring the service delivery operations to ensure compliance with key metrics and contractual SLAs, interacting with and managing customers & key stakeholders on a day to day basis and undertaking regular process improvement measures based on customer feedback and data analytics

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Japanese , finance or accounting major will be an advantage.

• Desirable to have 3+years’ experience with a finance BPO in GL field.

• Desirable to have 2+times’ experience in Japan Finance & Accounting process knowledge transferring.

• Good written and verbal Japanese skills (JLPT-N1 or J Test -D will be a plus)  

• ACCA/CPA qualification would be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Japan Finance & Accounting, especially Japan GL/FA knowledge & experiences, and the best practices, requirement, international finance preferred.

• Process excellence background and / or certifications (Six Sigma etc. a plus)

• Good understanding the RPA tool structure and usage.
