With offices in 15 countries throughout North America, Europe and Asia with 560 employees and after 18 years of continued success and development, goFLUENT is strengthening its International team and is looking for a Shenzhen based Account Executive.


The main objective of the Account Executive will be to nurture and grow our existing customers portfolio in Guangdong market.


We required a candidate who can be autonomous and diligent with integrity and a professional disposition.

We will provide all the necessary training in order to work with and understand our products.




Duties & responsibilities:

 

-       Achieve sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

-       Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts

-       Maximize sales development through proactive activities

-       Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold call, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.)

-       Provide prospective clients with proposal and follow up the clients

-       Maintain customers satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deal

-       Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and complete clients’ information in salesforce.

-       Participate actively to our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events).

-       Territory: Guangdong

-       Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territories.




Organizational alignment:


Works closely with our sales team and reports directly to China Sales Director.





Requirement:

-       Minimum 5 years sales experience

-       with good selling experience in HR field. An existing HR network is preferred

-       A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling, strong cold calling and prospecting skills.

-       Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.

-       Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

-       Team player.

-       Self motivated, to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.

-       BA or BS required, MBA a plus.

-       Strong command of MS Office

-       Fluent English is Must.

-       Native level of Mandarin and Cantonese.
