ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform intercompany invoice booking, solve relevant interface issue, and record goods in transit by month end

· Support Products' cost and cost chain maintenance for local ERP (SAP/E1) and GMX system, ensure the information contained in the cost records for each SKU is the same for both systems

· Perform the daily operation accounting, Balance Sheet reconciliation and Cost of goods analysis timely and accurately for assigned functional areas

· Research and resolve Business inquiries from stakeholders as Local finance team, FP&A team, Global supply chain team, GMX team, TP CoE team, etc.

· Follow RCM control points and operate on a accounting compliance basis

Provide internal and external audit support as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field

· Minimum of 1-2 years of related accounting experience

· EPR experience is preferred

· Ability in English language

· Fundamental Accounting knowledge

· Applies technical skills to achieve assigned tasks

· Contributes to the completion of routine Work Team related tasks

· Have accounting compliance mindset

· Develop communication & relationship skills

· Ability in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· SAP experience highly preferred

· Accounting certificate preferred
