A. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Coordinate daily workload, processes timely and accurately routine administrative/accounting transactions and all related tasks given by more experienced accounting professionals and/or management.
• Ensure the delivery of a high quality product.
• Recommend improvements to existing procedures & processes.

B. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• College or above, major in finance or accounting is preferred
• Good Japanese and English communication skills
• Experience in Practical computer skills (MS Office), Especially excellent excel
• BPO experience in finance process is preferred
• AP/AR/GL processing experience is highly preferred
