职位描述
JOB OVERVIEW
Solid Integrity, target oriented, good organization and global coordination ability, team work spirit and customer service consciousness. Well deal with supplier add/change work in a compliance way by centralized standard process and well control vendor due diligence compliance and support APAC procurement team to reach VMA related procurement target.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Vendor master governance control and proceed in time and accuracy.
2. Timely launch and meet objective of management strategy and plan for driving more procurement operational work processes to DBC Dalian to leverage controlled environment.
3. Perform UAT & consolidate the summary on demands, provide relative system support, and Strategy & Governance projects and also with audit support.
4. Follow internal controls and governance compliance in daily basis and reach a minimum adequately controlled score for procurement portion of any internal audit.
5. Coordinate with procurement team for internal audit cross BUs per management requirement and on time track and closure relative task with relative owners.
6. Support cross BUs procurement policy harmonization per management plan and strategy. n Responsible to complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor degree; Min.1 years working experience, preference with purchasing shared service background
2. Familiar with SAP or other ERP system purchasing function, good Microsoft skill；Fluent in English both speaking and writing
3. Strong share service mind set and responsibilities. Good communication, demonstrated problems solving skills；Good team work and high responsibility.
