1.主持季度年度预算编制，在模版设置、预算培训、数据收集及系统导入中承担主要工作，充分了解业务及对应预算逻辑并搭建各项测算模型；

Preside over the preparation of quarterly annual budgets, undertake major tasks in template setting, budget training, data collection and system import, fully understand the business and corresponding budget logic and build various calculation models;

2，负责月度滚动预测，跟踪预算目标完成情况，分析反馈预算执行情况；分维度编制月度财务分析报告；

 Responsible for monthly rolling forecast, track the completion of budget goals, analyze and feedback budget implementation; prepare monthly financial analysis reports in different dimensions;

3，设定合理的指标评价体系，根据设定的指标体系对业务运营情况进行定期评估；结合业务，分析企业各项决策的投入产出效果，提出财务建议；

Set up a reasonable index evaluation system, and conduct regular assessments of business operations according to the set index system; combine the business, analyze the input and output effects of various decisions of the enterprise, and make financial recommendations;

4，关注重大业务和费用的驱动因素，梳理流程，掌握费用关键控制点；

Pay attention to the driving factors of major business and expenses, sort out the process, and master the key control points of expenses;

5，熟悉产品线，针对需求搭建业务模型，跟踪关键因素的变化，给经营发展提供支持；

6，参与财务相关流程的持续优化，并对制度、流程的运行进行分析，提出流程优化建议，协助完善流程制度。参与新业务（产品）财务相关的流程设计，包括但不限于结算、税务、核算、风险控制等 。

任职要求：

1.5年以上中外资企业财务分析经验，具备制药企业或知名会计师事务所工作经历者优先；

5 to 10 years of financial analysis experience, working experience in pharmaceutical companies or well-known accounting firms is preferred;

2.会计，审计， 税务等相关财务金融专业统招本科及以上学历，英语口语流利
