Job description:

1) To call the new learner to introduce and guide our company’s learning solution and learning portal

2) To provide a personalized tracking and coaching in accordance with the learner’s learning process and learning content

3) To book relevant lessons for learners, and coordinate the relationship between learners and trainers

4) To maintain and follow up with the old learners’s on a regular basis

5) To make, retain and submit all kinds of tracking, maintenance records

6) To deal with all the questions, suggestion and comments from learners, and report timely to the trainers or relevant persons

7) To attend the internal meeting if needed

8) To complete other tasks assigned by the superiors

Job requirement:

1) college or above, fresh graduate student is preferred.

2) Be fluent in oral English, standard pronunciation, passed college English level 6 or above

3) Have a strong sense of responsibility, patience, energetic and service oriented

4) Have good communication skills and ability to work under pressure

 

工作职责

1）通过电话向新学员介绍、指导公司的学习方式、学习平台

2）针对学员学习进度以及学习内容进行个性化的跟踪辅导

3）为学员预定相关课程，并协调处理好学员与授课老师之间的关系

4）定期跟踪维护老学员的学习情况，并做好相关记录

5）各类跟踪、维护、辅导记录的制作、保留和提交

6）听取与解答学员对教学方面提出的问题、建议及意见，并及时将问题反馈给授课老师或相关人员

7）参加需要出席的内部会议

8）完成上级布置的其他任务

职位要求：

1）专科及以上学历，应届毕业生优先考虑。

2）发音标准，口语流利，具有大学英语6级及以上

3）责任心强，有耐心，积极，有服务意识

4）优秀的沟通能力和抗压能力
