Position Main Responsibilities：

Make material and production planning for plastics plant.

Make material planning and issue SAR to the qualified suppliers.

Follow-up the material availability with supplier (confirmations, delivery schedules, etc.).

Cooperate goods receiving with warehouse.

Handle material return process: Communicate with WH, IQC and supplier; issue return order and update SAR.

Monitor supplier delivery performance.

Be responsible for checking the billing of supplier monthly and also handling the invoice by triple match principle.

According to L301&302 production plan and injection machine status  make PLA weekly production plan, release production order to production team ,handle COGI in SAP.

Plan and arrange sample production and material homologation.

Organize stocktake in regular time, summarize stocktake data and analyse gap reason.

Preventive action plan to be defined and followed up.

Control raw material and plastics parts stock.

Maintain weekly logistic report.

Proper inter department communication to guarantee the production running.

Other tasks assigned by logistics manager

Experiences required：

College degree above, major in engineering / business preferred.

Experience in SCM (purchasing, material, logistics).

Good planning knowledge and strategy thinking. 

SAP working i.e W/O release , planning table etc.

Well oragnized in case special planning request by other departement.

Raw material and Finished parts stock turn over control.

Drive the working process of internal relevant for the planning achievement.
