大客户经理（KAM）

1. Develop new customers & Maintain existing customer；

开发新客户&维护现有客户关系；

2. Analyzing and sorting out the technical demands information of the clients, and confirming or updating the content

of the technical schemes and quotation with technical engineers together；

对客户的技术需求信息进行分析整理，与技术人员合作确定或更新技术方案及报价；

3. Negotiate and settle with clients, aiming at succesfully stipulating contracts with the clients;

向客户争取合同机会和客户谈判并协调项目；

4. Tracing the status of the down-payment made by the client, and ensuring that the client makes the first payment in

time and in full amount according to the contract;

跟踪客户的首付款状态, 确保客户按照合同内容及时足额支付首付款；

5. Convening the project startup meeting to introduce technical and commercial content of the project;

召集项目启动会议, 并向相关方介绍该项目的技术和商务内容;

6. During the project implementation course, clarifying or assisting in solving the technical questions put forward by the

team members in the project;

项目进行过程中, 对项目团队成员提出的技术疑问予以澄清和协助解决；

7. Follow up and manage communication between key clients and internal teams. and resolving key client issues and

complaints.

跟踪和管理内部项目团队和客户的交流，解决关键客户的问题和投诉。

任职要求：

1. Have knowledge of automatic and manual assembly process;

了解自动化和手动装配工艺;

2. With certain experience and ability in communicating with the target clients;

具备一定的与目标客户沟通交流的经验和能力;

3. Skillfully using English to read, write and communicate;

熟练使用英语进行读写及沟通；

4. Skillfully using such office software as Office, Outlook, etc.

熟练使用Office，outlook等办公软件
