Job responsibilities:

1.Plan, prepare and execute classes based on curriculum provided.

2.Prepare courses and teaching tools carefully, Conduct High quality English teaching courses.

3.Participate in teaching, training and marketing activities.

4.Communicate with parents and provide feedback on individual child performance.

5.Participate in various external activities.  

6.Be responsible for Montessori teaching courses, actively cooperate with main teacher, assistant teacher and other teachers to carry out teaching activities, create a harmonious working environment.

7.Be deeply interested in Montessori teaching theory and be determined to continue the study.

Job requirements:

1.Native English speaker, American, British, Canadian preferred.

2.Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.

3.More than 2 years teaching experience.

4.Good command of English both in oral and written.

5.The candidate should love children and teaching, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.

6.Long-term cooperation intentions, highly motivated and goal orientation.
