工作职责：

  

1. 提供准确的薪酬和个人所得税计算报告;

2. 处理福利项目管理，包括增员、减员以及地方保险/强制性福利项目的支付流程等问题；

3. 准时提供报告；

4. 协助Supervisor 针对客户的问题提供及时的反馈；

5. 在有限的时间内完成对数据的分析；

6. 识别和解决与薪酬和个人所得税相关问题;

            

  职位需求：

  

1. 认真负责，具备良好的合作意识；

2. 具备较强的数据处理能力；

3. 仔细耐心，善于分析复杂数据；

4. 具备较强的学习能力；

5. 有明确的工作目标；

6. 具备良好的团队工作精神；

7. 熟练使用office办公软件；

8. 具备良好的英语读写能力，如口语能沟通当然更好。

9. 4年及以上薪酬或个人所得税工作经验；
