职位描述
Work location: Dalian
Reports to: Head of HR, Linde Engineering APAC based in Shanghai, China.
Number of direct reports: 5
What you will do:
Work as a team member of human resources Linde Engineering APAC and manage all human resources related daily issues in Dalian and to meet to requirements of normal operation of company business.
To be a member of the team that builds a new Linde joint venture company (" LHF ") in Dalian and thereafter provide human resources solutions for the business development of the new company.
Key Accountabilities (Tasks & Responsibilities)
Support local management for manpower planning, budget setting, learning plan and organization development to meet short-term and long-term business requirement.
Manage daily HR service process for sites including recruitment process, new employee induction, payroll processing, Employee data maintenance.
Ensure the smooth implementation of HR processes such as performance management, annual reward circle, talent review and succession planning etc.
Responsible for the employee relationship and internal communications with support from management teams
Ensure the proper Implementation of company policy and rules
Continuously improve the working processes and update the relevant policy & rules to better serve the business and achieve good management efficiency
Playing the role of HRBP to the component team in China, drive people development agenda to meet the talent requirement in the organization
Be responsible for the Admin affairs including canteen, cleaning, shuttle bus, security management, etc.
Be a member of LE APAC HR team to contribute to the common topics.
Other ad-hoc and project works assigned
Key Capabilities (Professional Knowledges, Working Experiences & Soft Skills)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other business management related disciplines;
12+ years of working experiences in the field of human resources management, including 5+ years in manufacturing industry and with at least 3+ years of team management experiences.
Be familiar with human resources organizational structure set-up, operation, performance management, talent management & other professional skills;
Be familiar with Chinese labor laws and regulations, have the awareness of risk control;
Good interpersonal skills, communication skills;
Excellent teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility with good execution
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both Chinese & English skills;
Honest & faithful, good professional ethics;

External: local authorities, agents, service suppliers/partners
