Complete requirement analysis and create PRD

Define product release scope and roadmap

Define and track release plan

Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design

Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, documentation teams during development process to make sure what are delivered in the release can satisfy customer needs

Perform product demos to field teams

Collect product feedback and keep improving the product

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering related majors

Excellent written and oral English is a must since the job includes communicating with colleagues from foreign countries

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative

Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
