Job Description/Responsibility:

• May provide support to remote post-sales of Avaya software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications for customers or business partners, on premise or cloud.
• May provide support to end user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem solving and troubleshooting, on premise or cloud.
• May include supporting 3rd party products and occasional on-site support.
• Completes projects and meets objectives as assigned by a supervisor.
• Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor.
• Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.

 

Job Requirements:

Typically requires Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred plus 1 - 3 years of related experience.

Fluent English and good communication skills, oral and written.

Knowledge/experience on one or more of following is preferred

• Linux and network
• AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud
• VMware
• Docker, K8S, DevOps and Microservices
• Java, .Net, Node JS, Python, Golang programing
• DB knowledge on Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL
• NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, ELK
• Software design, delivery, QA
