职位描述：

1.Make annual and quarterly marketing plan for Galleria, and lead the team to implement.

制定凯丹广场年度、季度市场推广活动计划，并带领团队执行。

2.Cooperate with HQ to make annual market budget of Galleria and control Marketing Department expenses according to the budget.

配合总部制定凯丹广场年度市场预算并依照预算管控部门费用开支。

3.Coordinate all media activities and advertising programs to ensure that the company's image is promoted at a reasonable cost.

统筹各类媒体传播活动和广告方案，确保以合理成本达到宣传公司形象的目的。

4.Manage the design of shopping mall decoration and various promotional articles.

管理商场美陈设计和各类宣传推广物料的设计、制作。

5.Manage the planning and leasing of advertising space in the shopping mall.

管理商场内广告位的规划和租赁。

6.Keep in touch with the surrounding communities, develop the resources of surrounding and institutions, lead the team to complete the promotion activities of merchants and communities in the shopping mall.

与周边社区保持联系，开发周围社区和机构资源，带领团队完成商场内商户与社区推广活动。

7.Collect and analyze information on the market position, publicity channels, customer needs, merchants' attitudes and industry conditions of Galleria.

对凯丹广场的市场地位、宣传渠道、客户需求、商家态度以及行业情况等进行信息收集和分析。

8.Responsible for the management and maintenance of the VIP system, ensure that the number of VIP grows according to the company's target every year, and carry out targeted VIP activities regularly.

负责会员系统的管理和维护，保证会员数量每年按公司目标增长，有针对性地定期开展会员活动。

9.Responsible for the daily guidance and management of the department employees, create a good team atmosphere, ensure the quality of work.

负责本部门员工的日常指导和管理，营造良好的团队氛围，保证工作质量。

 

Requirements:

任职要求：

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business management, news communication, advertising, etc. Bachelor in other sectors can also be considered, depends on the candidate’s experience and personality.

学历要求： 市场营销、企业管理、新闻传播、广告等相关专业大学本科以上学历

2.Job skills: strong planning, innovation ability, writing skills and language skills; Good command of office software.

岗位技能要求：有较强的策划、创新能力及文字功底和语言表达能力；熟练使用办公软件。

3.Working experience: At least 5 years marketing experience in shopping mall/department store/retail industry, in at least 2 shopping malls.

工作经验要求： 5年以上购物广场/百货/零售行业市场活动工作经验，3年以上同岗位经验，至少服务过2个及以上购物广场

4.Basic quality: have good professional ethics, professional ethics and sense of responsibility; Good organization and coordination ability, analysis and judgment ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit.

基本素质能力：有良好的职业道德、职业操守、责任心；有良好的组织协调能力、分析判断能力、沟通能力和团队配合意识等

5.Ideal Age: 28 - 42

年龄要求： 28-42岁

6.Good English speaking and writing skills are preferred.

优先录用具备良好的英文口语和写作能力。
