The Legal Specialist, Clarios Law Department, Asia Pacific, reporting to the General Counsel – Clarios, Asia-Pacific, and supporting the Legal Director, Clarios China of the day-day work.

Responsibility：

1. Provide solid corporate secretary service to all legal entities in Asia, including but not limited to build and maintain database, files, approvals, licenses of all legal entities, draft and register all corporate change, maintain law library, etc.
2. Being the main contact to provide necessary information/assistance to other departments;
3. Conduct compliance due diligence and deliver training as necessary;
4. Deliver department support, including but not limited to professional fee accrual, follow up payment process or other admin/coordination work;
5. Manage the stamps and certificates;
6. Draft, review and advise on commercial contracts
7. Assist Attorney(s) in dealing various legal matters, including but not limited to legal research, preparing legal documents, litigation support, translation, etc.
8. Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provide training as necessary;
9. Other assignments as requested.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s Degree in law with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, experience with MNC is a plus;
2. Anticipate support needs of attorneys across a variety of corporate legal matters
3. Ability to interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure, prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment;
4. Qualified to practice law in China or obtain certificate of China National Bar;
5. Good communication skills, in both English and Mandarin language;
6. Identify and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner
7. Proven team player who values collaboration and working with others to achieve organizational and team objectives;
