• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Remove impediments to make sure iteration can progress smoothly.
• Manage dependencies between the Scrum team and other teams, collaborating with other roles on issue identification and resolution
• Work with product owner to define the user story clearly
• Protect team from external interruption during iterations as much as possible
• Maintains relevant metrics to help the team aware of their performance
• Monitor and manage the risks for each release and iteration
• Ensure high quality delivery via servant leadership

Requirements:

• 1+ year software development using Agile methodologies and work experience as scrum master
• Know Scrum framework and Agile mindset/practice
• Analytical, problem-solving, time-management skills
• Interested in cutting-edge technology and agile practice, and willing to grow rapidly
• CSM or equivalent certifications is preferred

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or above, good English verbal and written communication skills
