Main responsibilities

• --Boarding and contact with master and principals to understand their requirement and solve the problem.
• --In charge of going through all the necessary formalities required by local port authority when vessel calling Tianjin port
• --Attending vessel callings at Tianjin ports by client's requirement.
• --Arrange crew matters, sign on/off at Tianjin port
• --Collect manifests & other cargo documents of vessels if required.
• --Prepare / Despatch ship document to principals such as statement of facts / notice of readiness / time sheets / etc.

Accountabilities

This position will be measured against:

• Ensure consistent high level of accuracy of deliverables.
• Meet or exceed annual KPI’s targets for Ships Agency performance.
