ICG (Institutional Clients Group) is one of Citi’s core banking business sectors, covers Capital Markets Origination, Corporate and Investment Banking, Markets and Securities Services, Treasury & Trade Solutions, and Private Banking etc.

CSTC (Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Ltd) is Citigroup owned subsidiary in China, as part of Citigroup global technology and operation organization (Citibank China is another Citigroup owned subsidiary in China). It is founded by Citigroup since 2002. It is one of the biggest IT software companies in China, providing both finance IT service and operation services to Citi’s core banking business globally.

ICG global Liquidity management team takes the full responsibility from data manipulation to data analysis and reporting. Outcome reports from liquidity management team are used for outside regulatory bodies, senior management teams, front desks, and downstream analysis.

 

• Develop and maintain a large scale data management solution built upon today’s latest technologies.

• Active involvement in the full agile development lifecycle from analysis and design through to deployment and escalation support

• Involving into or do system/component design & implementation with counterparty in New York, Pune and other locations.

• Explore existing application systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation.

• Translates functional requirement or specifications into technical solutions, and implement the solutions with plans and executions.

• Involved in hiring, coaching, team building, performance monitoring and appraisal etc. 

• Responsible to continual improvement - by implementing improvements to software architecture, software development process and new technologies etc.

• Communicates continually with the client and project teams – Clarify client’s needs, present tech team ideas and explains progress on the development efforts.

• Build good and health customer relationship, and other business/tech stockholders.

   

 

• Solid knowledge and experience on Core Java and JavaEE technologies.

• Good experience of Core java multiple threads programming

• Solid knowledge and experience on DB, standard SQL commands and stored procedures

• Familiar with Unix/Linux command lines and shell scripts.

• Proficient of object-oriented design of Java/JavaEE.

• Solid knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle/procedures, and continuous process improvement.

• 5+ years Java/JavaEE application development experience.

• Knowledge of ECS/OpenShift/Kubernetes/Spark/Ignite/Hadoop/etc

• Knowledge of Microservices related - e.g. SpringCloud.

• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill

• Strong coaching and influencing skill

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• Can work under pressure, manage conflicts and challenges.

• Can work under ambiguity, result oriented, keep focus.

• Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills

 

• Have a sound macro view of the working of Global financial markets

• Knowledge of JIRA, Github etc. project tracking tools.

• Knowledge of code quality control and continuous build tools. E.g. Sonar/TeamCity/etc.

• Knowledge of NonSQL DB
