This role is responsible for bolstering our sales efforts by sourcing, managing, training and supporting channel partners. As an E&C Manager, you will own the responsibility of helping develop our partner ecosystem. You will be a strategic thinker with a focus on driving revenue (“sell with” and “sell-through”) across enterprise business and have a problem-solving mindset. You will be responsible for the overall success of the partnerships including enablement, GTM initiatives, and sales opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, PreSales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management as well as be the focal point for E&C partners.
1、 Create reliable forecasts, manage pipeline and achieve sales target.
2、Source, onboard, train and support value-added distributors/resellers, service partners and ISVs for enterprise SaaS applications.
3、Establish productive & professional relationships with partners to drive mid-market & SMB business, ensure achievement of revenue targets within your territory.
4、 Help the E&C evolve by introducing creative ideas about programs, sales strategies, and incentives to extend to partners to drive growth.
5、Identify unique opportunities for partner engagement to drive revenue.
6、Document and distribute competitive information.
7、Review pipeline, opportunities, and accounts with partners, ensuring compliance and service standard.
职位要求:
1、Take accountability for the results we need to achieve individually and collectively.
2、Bachelor's degree & above.
3、5+ years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS & Channel combined.
4、Knowledge of value-added distributor/reseller, service partner and ISV contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions.
5、Good understanding of SaaS ecosystem.
6、Experience in developing a partner ecosystem within a SaaS model.
7、Experience and knowledge of market/territory assigned.
8、Experience with enterprise-level collaboration software.
9、Strong negotiation & networking skills with the ability to build strong relationships with CXOs.
10、Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
11、Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically.
12、Direct experience creating and executing Partner business plans with both Global and regional sized Partners.
