Logistic Coordinator Assistant助理物流协调员

Job responsibilities:

1. Shipping documents follow-up

物流文件跟进

2. Data entry of shipments into company software and Ensure shipment data accuracy and integrity

将物流信息输入进公司的应用程序/系统，并确保货运数据的准确性和完整性

3. Financial check for accounting department

核实财务数据

4. Liaise internally with Logistics headquarters, commercial teams, overseas partners.

保持同物流总部、商业部门及海外客户的内部联系

5. Liaise externally with suppliers, forwarders, carriers and logistics providers.

保持同供应商、货代、船公司及其他物流服务提供者的外部联系

6. Daily support to logistic coordinator

协助物流协调员完成工作。

Qualification and requirements:

1. College degree in International Business or Supply Chain

大专以上学历，国际贸易或供应链专业为佳

2. Good PC skills: MS-office

优秀的电脑操作能力

3. Good command of written and spoken English

优秀的英语口语及写作能力

4. High sense of responsibility

高度责任心

5. Well-organized and efficient, hardworking, good communication skills and detailed-oriented
