OUR BUSINESS:

ICG (Institutional Clients Group) is one of Citi’s core banking business sectors, covers Capital Markets Origination, Corporate and Investment Banking, Markets and Securities Services, Treasury & Trade Solutions, and Private Banking etc.

CSTC (Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Ltd) is Citigroup owned subsidiary in China, as part of Citigroup global technology and operation organization (Citibank China is another Citigroup owned subsidiary in China). It is founded by Citigroup since 2002. It is one of the biggest IT software companies in China, providing both finance IT service and operation services to Citi’s core banking business globally.

CSTC ICG Technology department mainly supports MSS (Markets and Securities Services) of ICG, which is one of the key businesses of investment bank industry globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• work with GSM Technology team to migrate existing mortgage products database to new design and architecture

· manage performance by effectively communicating specific expectations and provide regular feedback on progress

· Ensure that all relevant and required processes and procedures are followed

· Assure the presence of standards and procedures to support information needs of the business in a flexible but efficient environment

· Coordinate and participate in requirements gathering; development; testing; and documentation

· Ensure development objectives are accomplished; user testing is performed; and member/business notification is prepared in a timely fashion

· Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project

· Ensure methodology compliance; document problem areas and coordinate resolutions; reporting to management as necessary

· Review and ensure all applicable changes are documented appropriately through Change Control Process; assess the impact across deliverables within a release and to in-flight and/ or upcoming deliverables

· Report and communicate status/risks/etc. to appropriate Project Management

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

· Being able to design and implement mortgage products data related DB/ETL/Shell tasks to meet business requirement with timeliness

Education

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)

· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

· With Financial knowledge or background is a good plus.

Skills Required

· The ideal candidate should be proficient with IT skills and technical experience including Unix/Linux, Sybase, SQL, ETL, PL, C#, Shell scripting

• Experience working with large data sets and multi-million row very large database structures
• Experience with data analysis concepts to determine accuracy/integrity and identify performance opportunities

· Develops, maintain and strengthen relationships with key business partners and peers to enable effective planning of new products and technology to ensure the delivery of service and value

· Must include excellent communication and coordination skills, inclusive of team leadership, relationship management and mentoring/coaching

• Expert in Unix shell scripting and should have prior experience in writing and maintaining complex database scripts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, Effective verbal and writing communication skills

· In depth knowledge of integrating technologies and platforms and understanding dependencies in support of a positive client experience

• Self-driven, able to work under pressure
• Able to manage, prioritize and solve problems quickly and completely

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)

· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

· SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

· Python/Java skillset
