职位描述：
人事方面： 1. 员工招聘及劳动合同的签订；
                   2. 绩效管理以及培训发展工作；
                   3. 管理各类人事事务，包括考勤、人事档案的归档保管、入退工、保险手续、入离职手续办理等事宜；
                   4. 熟悉人事相关法律法规，积极与员工沟通，及时处理各类劳动关系问题；
                   5. 完成领导安排的其它事宜。
行政方面： 1. 推进各项行政制度、流程、标准、计划的监督执行；
                   2. 管理各类行政事务，包括固定资产维护、易耗产品管理、办公环境管理等事宜；
                   3. 妥善安排外来人员的来访接待、大型会议的人员食宿及会务安排;
                   4. 协助进行企业文化建设工作，策划组织公司年会、员工活动等;
                   5. 协助亚太副总裁的日常事务，安排行程，会议等;
                   6. 完成领导安排的其它事宜。
任职资格： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业;
                   2. 五年以上人力资源及行政管理工作经验，熟知并精通人力资源管理工作并有 丰富的实战经验;
                   3. 熟悉国家及上海各项劳动人事法规政策；
                   4. 具有较强的语言表达、人际交往、应变、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，有亲 和力，责任感与敬业精神；
                   5. 英文书面及口语能力优秀；
                   6. 熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用。
