岗位概述/Job Summary
负责会计，财务，资金，管理信息系统，资产/负债管理，投资者关系，风险管理，兼并和收购，税务和战略规划的成长。 负责采购，物料计划和调度，库存，运输和接收，以及ERP系统的所有方面; 设计和执行战略和计划，以满足公司的短期和长期供应链管理/生产控制要求。
Responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, management information systems, asset/liability management, investor relations, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, taxes and strategic planning for Growth. Responsible for all aspects of purchasing, material planning and scheduling, inventory, shipping and receiving, as well as ERP system; designs and executes strategies and plans to meet company’s short-term and long-term supply chain management/production control requirements.

任职要求/Knowledge and Experience Required

学历/Education:
1. 最低学士学位金融，会计，供应链，经济或工商管理学士学位。
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, supply chain, economics or business administration.

工作经历/Working Experience:
1. 在相关职位上拥有超过10年的经验，有在大型企业的主要公司或部门至少5年的业务管理经验；
More than 10 years experience in a related position and minimum of 5 years business management experience for a major company or division of a large corporation;
2. 具有在国际融资，产品采购，库存管理，绩效指标和项目管理方面的经验。
Previous experience in international financing, product sourcing, inventory management, performance metrics, and project management.

知识技能/Knowledge/Skill:
1. 熟练使用MS Office，Oracle，SAP或类似的MRP规划系统经验；
Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, SAP or similar MRP planning system experience preferred;
2. 能够快速学习新的系统和程序；
Ability to rapidly learn new systems and procedures;
3. 流利的中英文；

主要职责/MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 制定并实施组织的财务管理战略，供应链管理战略和ERP管理战略。
Develop and implement organization's financial management strategy, supply chain management strategy and ERP management strategy.
2. 组织制定中期，长期计划和年度计划，以发展公司的财务职能和总体预算，开发供应链和ERP系统。组织实施和监督各项计划的实施，预算并实现预期目标。
Organize the formulation of the medium-term and long-term plans and annual plans for the development of the company’s financial functions and the overall budget, the development of supply chain and ERP system. Organize the implementation and supervision the implementation of various plans, budget and achieve the expected objectives.
3. 组织实施成本核算，各部门成本控制，监控过程，及时解决问题，有效降低成本。
Organize and implement cost accounting, cost control of various departments to monitor the process, the timely resolution of problems, effectively reduce the expenditure and cost.
4. 审查每月财务报表，财务包和其他信息报告/分析。
Review monthly financial statements, financial packages, and other informational reports/analysis.
5. 组织实施有效的基金管理和固定资产管理，根据公司的实际情况，开展融资，投资和实施的评估与管理。处理兼并和收购。
Organize the implement the effective fund management and fixed asset management, according to the actual situation of the company, carry out the assessment and management of financing and investment and implementation. Handle mergers and acquisitions.
6. 协调与政府机构，税务机关，银行和投资机构的关系，确保沟通渠道畅通，保持良好的合作关系，以最大限度地管理减税。
Coordinate the relationships with government agencies, tax authorities, bank and investment institutions, ensuring smooth communication channels and maintaining good cooperative relations to be able to manage tax saving to the fullest.
7. 负责最大限度地提高供应链的效率和有效性，以满足快速增长的生产/制造操作的需求。
Be responsible for maximizing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the demands of a rapidly growing production/manufacturing operation.
8. 在国际和国内采购，分销和仓储中执行战略计划。
Execute strategic programs in international and domestic sourcing, distribution and warehousing.
9. 在供应商合同谈判中，创建和分析投标以及如何通过战略采购来增长和改进业务方面提供建议。
Have expertise in negotiating supplier contracts, creating and analyzing bids and making recommendations as to how to grow and improve the business through strategic sourcing.
10. 参与新产品开发和产品改进计划的项目管理，产品开发和运营工作，以确保有效采购材料，以满足供应商的规格，材料要求和定价。利用战略采购工具，为产品BOM成本持续降低成本。
Work with project management, product development, and operations on new product development and product enhancement programs to ensure effective sourcing of materials to meet specifications, material requirements, and pricing from suppliers. Utilize strategic sourcing tools to sustain continuous cost reduction initiatives for product BOM cost.
11. 积极寻求创意供应解决方案，优化成本和价值方程。
Actively seek creative supply solutions to optimize cost and value equation.
12. 监测和报告影响产品类别的关键商品的成本趋势。制定并满足公司的库存目标，有效平衡现金流，行业领先的产品交货期和库存周转率。
Monitor and report on cost trends for key commodities impacting product categories. Develop and meet inventory goals for the company which effectively balances cash-flow, industry leading product lead-times, and inventory turn rates.
13. 确保所有供应商合同完整，正确执行，并考虑了所有成本变量，包括运费拆分。参与运输工作并确定***交货条件，费率和运费等级。
Ensure all supplier contracts are complete, properly executed, and have considered all cost variables, including the unbundling of freight. Work with transportation in determining optimal delivery terms, rates, and freight class.

Enhance supplier development by communicating performance standards, developing joint improvement initiatives, and actively soliciting formal feedback.

Ensure supply contingency plans and strategy are up-to date and easily activated in the event primary suppliers are unable to perform as required.
16. 负责国际物流运营和绩效，包括内部和第三方仓储和分销
Responsible for international logistics operations and performance, to include internal and third party warehousing and distribution

Maintain alignment of inventory levels to achieve targeted service levels, and inventory turns.

Ensure visibility controls implemented to regularly monitor aging stock and potential expiry stock. Coordinate with business leaders and provide guidance on recommended actions or disposition of slow moving and obsolete inventories

Oversee ERP systems operations and continuous improvements.

Develop and optimize the workflow and data in ERP system to ensure effective business operations and data analysis.

Mentors, challenges, and develops personnel in finance, purchasing, logistics, material management, ERP and support organization with emphasis on cross training employees, safety and driving employee ownership of company results
