Job Summary:
The Client Relationship Management Team (CRM Team) provides financial administrative review
and assists the firm with client and engagement code creation and information update. CRM is
formed to enhance quality, improve operating efficiency, and add value to the business.
Essential Functions of the Job:
* Performs assigned work, especially: Financial administrative review and client/engagement
code creation
* Responds to routine or standard requests from customers
* Prepares deliverables in response to ad-hoc requests:
* Works under guidance from supervisors or other delegated individuals in the initial stage but
should be getting independent with familiar with the process.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
* Understands the engagement lifecycle, set up and maintain Engagements
* Is familiar with basic office applications
* Demonstrates good analytical skills and attention to details
* Has good communication / customer handling skills
* Has effective multi-task arrangement skills
* Is a good team player
* Has relevant foreign language skills (min intermediate level of English CET-4 and another
language depending on the customer requirements)
Education:
* Min Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance /Accounting / Commerce
Experience:
* No previous experience required on grade 1
* Previous experience in related process required at least 2 years on grade 2 or 3. 举报 分享
