职位描述：
We are looking for a developer to join an agile team to support, develop and maintain in-house automated testing systems and the environments in which they run.
 
The Regression Testing Harness (RTH) is mission-critical Web-based testing platform for equities risk applications. Regression testing is critical to our release schedule and an extremely important process in our development process for such computation intensive applications. Bi-monthly, CET (Citi Equities Team) releases new versions of risk management software, containing mathematical pricing models that must be backward compatible with existing pricing models. Given the size of our existing positions and the increasing amount of risk management we must do, our RTH platform has been developed to automate this process for various equity risk compute software and systems. There are various teams composed of quant analysts, QA, data analysts, and developers, all over the world, who need this platform to complete their daily testing and analysis jobs.

Job Description:
? Pro-actively develop features to improve the performance and stability of the platform, design and code reliable, intuitive features
? Provide regression testing software support for regular and ad-hoc releases
? Investigate and address a wide variety of issues which can impact testing and testing results analysis
? Work closely with other application developers, release management and test teams in all over the world to ensure maximum product quality
? Participate in periodic reviews of tactical and strategic direction of Equities Risk regression testing
? Adopt new IT technologies to improve the code quality, design and architecture of the platform to next level of efficient automated regression testing platform
Education / Experience
? Minimum 3 years software project development experience
? BA of Technical or Engineering (in Computer Science / Engineering or similar curriculum)

Required:
? Development experience with C#, Python, Web application, SQL, JavaScript/Ajax
? Thorough operational knowledge of Linux/Windows platforms
? Experience of distributed applications/testing software
? Experience/Knowledge of full software development lifecycle

Soft Skills:
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
? Pro-active worker, Strong sense of ownership
? Good English communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly both verbally as well as in written form
? Teamwork and value collaboration

Desirable:
? Working experience in Agile teams
? Working experience with Cloud computing and Microservice
