Job Description
? Maximize Projects/Customer Accounts value creation through strong partnership with engagement teams, by
? providing constant support & advices to engagement teams for all finance related matters to reach best financial performance
? coordinating all finance activities in engagement economic lifecycle
? Proactively build and maintain together with engagement managers/partners a strong engagement review process, constantly mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities in order to best monitor project financial exposure and performance (revenue, gross margin, AR inventory and cash flow)
? Provide financial visibility/analysis to various stakeholders (Engagement Managers, partners).
? Investigate variances to plan/budget, provide advice to engagement team or escalate to leadership team if required.
? Participate in various engagement meetings based on business needs
? Prepare engagement financial reporting packs for periodic leadership review
Qualification
? Finance/Accounting major or Degree Qualified in Accounting. (Above is preferred. Enough length of period working in relevant financial area could be considered as replacement of academic certification)
? At least 4-5 years of working experiences in anyone or multiple of following functions:
? Commercial finance or markets finance
? Financial planning & analysis
? Project accounting
? Experience in using excel, power point and reporting tools, understand basic reporting structure, logics and approach
? Good communication and negotiation skills
? Extensive knowledge of the project management
? Able to co-ordinate inputs from other parties to achieve results within tight timeframes
? Able to communicate at all levels of organisation and clearly deliver financial information to non-financial audience
? Professional approach to conflict and resilient attitude in a high-pressured environment
? The ability to assert authority and obtain support from required parties
