Job Summary:

Build and lead the whole GTH ACR team, including AP, T&E accountants on daily accounting work.

Monitor Client month/quarter/year end closing to ensure correct accounting treatment on daily transaction.

Ensure daily GTH ACR team accounting treatment compliance with US/IFRS/PRC GAAP and policies.

Lead AP, Vendor payments, capital expenditure work process, coach and review junior accountants daily works, improve their work process.

Assist GTH ACR manager& Client BU finance team to ensure proper internal controls related to payment process and control through understanding all Client BU’s business module and operation flow to highlight key business impact factors of GTH ACR manager and Client BU.

Manage AP team balance sheet reconciliation to ensure all account balances are appropriately supported and properly stated and comply with policy.

Manage and liaise with Client for annual statutory auditing, external & internal audit and tax audits.

Other ad-hoc tasks upon requirement.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Knowledge of the whole accounting processes, special for GL and reporting.

Strong problem solving, analysis skills.

Good Excel skill.

Better have the experience of new project and excellent business communication.

Good written and read skills in English.
