职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 对所分配的具体航线销售业绩负责；
2. 精通自订舱至目的港放货的全部业务流程，包括单证，箱管，码头操作及物流服务的基本规则；
3. 保持并发展与客户的良好关系，熟知客户的货物情况，货物流向，货量，货种，淡旺季，运费和服务需求，竞争对手情况等，协助客户处理突发事件；
4. 为所有客户建立客户档案；
5. 维护和完善TRADE PROFILE;
6. 根据Team要求，制定周拜访计划，坚持每日拜访客户，并完成访问报告；
7. 根据市场情况，每周发送不少于规定数量的SQ application;
8. 在Team manager的指导下，完成预报， 每周的舱位申请协调；
9. 根据Team的要求，完成Equipment 的预报和申请；
10. 分析装船情况，目标客户箱量分析；
11. 每月确定指定数量的目标客户，并按要求完成Target 货量；
12. 每月定期发送指定数量的S/L， 并按指令完成Target 货量；
13. 根据销售经理和Team Leader 的要求，完成指令性销售任务；
14. 以维护客户提供优质服务为目的，制作并向其他部门提供必要的特殊工作要求和工作流程，并监督实施；
15. 制作市场周报和月报。

招聘要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，物流或航运管理或其他相关专业毕业
2. CET-6级或以上，英语听说读写流利
3. 物流或船运行业两年以上工作经验
4. 具有良好的学习能力和沟通技能，团队合作精神，具备优秀的职业素养和职业准则
5. 出色销售技巧，并具有一定的市场开拓能力和抗压能力
6. 熟练运用电脑及OFFICE软件责任心强，工作认真谨慎
