岗位职责

1.作为核心分支的运营管理者，对分支整体工作管理及带领团队达成核心分支使命和目标。

2.主动深入地全面了解公司的管理体系及变化，并主动带领团队进行培训、执行、定期检查、监督、评估、考核。

3.关注团队建设及人员成长，达成专业分工及专业化人才培养目标。

4.有教育行业管理经验一年以上，我们会更加注重品质品德。

任职要求

1.教育行业相关管理经验至少1年以上，优秀者非教育行业工作也可。

2.良好的沟通能力，协调合作能力，承受较大压力。

3.工作责任心与服务意识并存，学习能力快。
