职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Plan, control and approve the layout considering of the optimize material flow and sufficient using of space
2. Acquiring, developing, sustaining and implementing capability, capital and manufacturing technology for the plant, which includes acquisition and commission of new equipment, tools, fixtures etc.
3. Make the time study to define the standard time for each work station and assure or contribute to the line balance.
4. Supporting day-to-day production activities in performing Failure analysis & trouble shooting, evaluate improvement opportunities and facilitating continuous improvement cycle to achieve performance targets.
5. Define and recommend overall engineering policies, objectives and procedures to ensure the unit achieves its overall business objectives.
6. Develop and maintain the necessary standard for ESH requirements for the production equipment and process .
Requirement：
1. Understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection processes, drawings and specifications Process Awareness
2. Degree in Industrial Design
3. Good understanding of lean manufacturing
4. Good at Auto CAD and other ME related software and tools
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English, able to work independently 举报 分享
