Overall Responsibility
主要责任
? Training and oriented all BU employees on kaizen concept, principles, tools and their application;
   培训并指导所有的员工改善观念，原则，工具和如何应用
? Develop and support kaizen champions (training, coach and mentor);
   开发和支持改善冠军（培训，教练和导师）；
? Understand and monitoring the KPI´s selected in each pillar Grow, Cost, Quality, Delivery and Motivation;
了解和监控在每个支柱中选择的关于成本、质量、交付和激励的主要业绩指标；
? Understand the cost structures of Business Unit. (P&L Report);
   了解公司的成本结构。（财务报告）；
? Able to calculate “payback analysis” on kaizen projects, with business unit management team and eventually other employee considered crucial to achieve an accurate analysis;
针对改善项目能够与公司的管理团队以及相关的员工实现准确的分析并计算“回报分析”；
? Monitor business Operational KPI´s in cooperation with management team;
   与管理团队合作共同监控公司运行的主要业务业绩指标；
? Responsible for identifying business improvement opportunities in safety, quality and productivity, collecting, analyzing, consolidating data and develops solutions. Defines kaizen projects and resources in order to achieve performance expectations and goals sector/areas (Hoshim Karin Matrix);
负责识别安全、质量和生产效率方面的改进机会，收集、分析、整理数据并寻找解决方案,定义了改善项目和资源以实现绩效的期望和目标部门/区域（Hoshim Karin Matrix）；
? Assigns “champions” for implementing continuous improvements and monitors them based on safety, cost of quality and productivity Analyze and present to BU’s Management Team, kaizen project in order to reduce or eliminate MUDA/MURA /MURI.
指定并监控“冠军”基于安全、质量的成本和生产效率的分析进行持续改进并且呈现给管理团队，改善项目是为了以减少或消除各种浪费（MUDA/ MURA / MURI）。
? Summarize and report weekly and monthly all kaizen activities, performance results, activities forecast and trends;
   总结和报告每周和每月所有的改善活动，业绩结果，活动的预测和趋势；
? Define and follow up all the PDCA concerning all kaizen activities in order to achieve all the Kaizen Targets;
   定义并跟踪所有改善活动的PDCA，以达到所有改善目标；
? Develop, manage and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives according the BU strategy;
Follow and accomplish the entire task at the Kaizen road Map 5W1H.
     根据公司的战略,制定、管理和引导持续过程改进的策略;跟踪并完成改善过程中的所有任务（5W1H）.


Qualification Requirement
资格要求

1. Education Background 教育背景
   Junior College or above in industrial or production engineering or similar
   专科学历以上机械及相关专业

2. Working Experience 工作经验
   Min. 6 years’ experience in Ideas management or / and lean production management or / and production management or / and quality management
   最少有6年的工作经验，思维管理，精益生产管理，生产管理，质量管理相关工作经验。

3. Special Knowledge &Skills 特殊知识和技能
- Experience with kaizen methodology principles;
- 具备改善方法的经验
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented perspective;
- 能够以团队为导向的观点
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- 在解决问题的环境中具有创造性和分析的能力
- Excellent communication (written and oral) to present and explain Kaizen Projects.
- 优秀的沟通（书面和口头），以展示和解释改善项目
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing concepts, analysis, techniques, principles and practices :
o (Material flow, Pull systems, Just in Time, TAKT time, Poke Yoke, Kanban, Value Steam Mapping, NVA vs VA, Cellular Manufacturing, Cell Layout, 5M’s, 5 Whys, SMED, TPM, Visual Management, 5 “S”, etc..)
- 在制造观念、分析、技术、原理与实践方面具备丰富的知识；
o (物料流动, 拉动生产, 准时化生产, 节拍时间, 防错, 看板, 价值流程图, 不增值和增值, 单元式生产, 单元式而已, 头脑风暴, 5W根源分析, 快速换型, 全员维护保养, 可视化管理, 5S等)

4. Foreign Language ability ：外语能力
   Excellent verbal and written in English.
