职位描述：
1协助采购经理开展日常工作，负责原材料、产品及工程零件的采购与管理；
2制作、申请、发放相应的采购订单；
3追踪采购订单的进展情况，及时与供应商沟通，确保产品及时采购到位；
4协助采购经理做好收货、付款等事宜；
5管理供应商信息，建立合格供应商档案；
6请购单、组装申请单、送货单、订单及合同的制作及管理等；
7 整理及统计各种采购单据，制作并提交要求的报表、数据等；
8 按时完成上级领导交代的各项事务。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，具有英语读写能力；
2、有1年以上采购助理工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
3、具有良好的沟通能力；
4、熟练使用Word, excel等办公软件，熟悉金蝶ERP系统优先；
5、工作细致认真，责任心强，具有较强的团队合作精神。 举报 分享
