JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an excellent Graphic Designer (senior to midweight? to be based in Damansara Perdana) to create outstanding design solutions for point of sale, packaging and marketing collateral to support the brand & business objectives of our clients. The role requires a highly motivated and capable team player, who can take a verbal or written brief and develop design concepts and finished art, across a variety of media and applications.
It is important that you are able to read, write and speak English to a good level as this is used frequently on design briefs and is needed to communicate with your colleagues overseas. Skills & Experience required The following list represents the skills & experience of the ideal candidate: Five years’ experience working in an graphic design environment. This experience will have gained the ideal candidate knowledge of designing / producing finished pointofsale, packaging, marketing collateral, conference materials, newsletters, presentations, brochures and advertisements in both print and online formats. Tertiary qualifications are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to communicate at all levels within the client environment and within our business. A high capability in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Powerpoint / Word / Excel. The ability to draft (rough) creative concepts/ideas quickly and easily, with the rationale behind your design decisions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy is a must. A desire to actively contribute to ideas, brainstorming and reasoning to the design process. It would be advantageous to your application if you also have the following: Capabilities to produce editable Powerpoint presentations & templates. Video storyboarding and/or development experience. Pharmaceutical experience
