完成公司制定的绩效考核目标。

建立、维护和开拓油漆喷涂客户网络。

管理和协调区域代理商经营活动。

开发区域内新代理商。

建立和加强与油漆供应商、系统集成商等良好合作关系。

高度自觉管理能力，有亲和力，熟练沟通技巧，强烈团队合作意识，愿意出差。

本科及以上学历，机械或化学专业优先。

3年以上喷涂行业经验。

有静电、双组份等产品应用经验优先。

英语读写流利。

熟练使用Word, PowerPoint, Excel 等操作软件。

3年以上驾龄。
