职位描述：
Title: Sales associates / Store Trainee – Retail, TRS (Shanghai)

Reports to: Store Manager, Retail, TRS (Shanghai)

Job responsibilities:
？ To perform all sales activities related to all products
？ Sell the products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
？ Quick to learn new information on Leather, Cloth and Accessories
？ Engage customers and make them loyal to the brand by conveying the TRS spirit
？ To interact with customers and build customer relationships, working as a team with other sales staffs
？ Take in charge items to repair requirements from customers and communicate with retail dep’t.
？ Responsible of product :receive, display and store stock, be aware of the stock movements, take part to stock take, report to his/her direct supervisor any issue related to stock

Required experience:
1. Passion for Luxury/Fashion retail store business
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Familiar with daily retail store operation process.
4. Customer service oriented.
5. Quick learning, diligent, active, responsible, team work spirit, integrity and commitment.
6. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
7. Good appearance and gesture, friendly and pleasant personality.
