Overall Responsibility

1. Assist HR manager to implement company’s Rules and Regulations

    参与公司人事制度制定

2. Job description Completion and renewal

    岗位描述编写与更新

3. Annual & monthly budget forecast related to HR function, such as payroll, training and recruiting

    人事相关的年度及月度财务预算编写，例如工资，培训以及招聘

4. Recruiting according to the hiring plan, including recruitment channel selection, ad placing, CV selection and interview arrangement

   根据招聘计划实施招聘，具体包括招聘渠道选择，广告发布，简历筛选及面试安排

5. Hiring/leaving procedures assistance

   协助员工入职/离职手续办理

6. Personnel archives management assistance

   协助员工档案管理

7. Labor contract management assistance

   协助劳动合同管理

8. HR policy advisory

   人事政策咨询

9. Organize employee satisfaction survey assistance

   协助组织员工满意度调查

10. Organize company annual conference and team building activities

   参与组织公司年会及团队建设活动等

11. Organizing for annual employee health examination assistance

   协助组织安排员工年度健康体检

12. Assist HRM to establish and implement performance evaluation procedure for probation period , promotion, transfer, and annual salary adjustment.

    参与制定员工试用期、升职、调转、工资年调的考核流程及制度并督导实施

 13. Other responsibility manager assigned.

Qualification Requirement

资格要求

1. Education Background 教育背景

   Bachelor or above

   大学本科及以上学历

2. Working Experience 工作经验

   More than 3 years working experience related to HR job

   3年以上人事相关工作经验

3. Special Knowledge&Skills 特殊知识和技能

   Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and PPT in a Microsoft Windows environment

   优秀的计算机技能，熟练使用Windows操作系统中的Word, Excel和PPT

4. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

   掌握各种劳动法律相关的常识并具备实践经验

5. Excellent interpersonal skills

   优秀的人际关系

6. Skills in database management and record keeping.

   具备数据管理和记录保存的技能

7. Foreign Language ability ：外语能力

   Good command of English, spoken and written

   优秀的英语口语及书写能力
8. Others: 其他

   Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality

   具备高度的保密意识

   Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
