职位描述：
1 Technical Tasks:
EHS
-Promote 5S principles
-Conduct employees with contingency instructions, ensure compliance with the regulations
-Inform employees about Environmental protection instructions to perform and ensure compliance with the regulations
-Train and execute emergency plans
-Initiate First aid measures
-Implement safety policies and improvements (accidents, near miss)

Quality
-Train booking and execution of production records
-Communicate audit results, implement optimization measures
-Introduce Product / Process changes according change Process
-Introduce improvements of maintenance planning

Productivity - costs
-Maintenance and repair of production equipment and infrastructure
-Supervision and optimization of equipment and infrastructure
-Coordination of Facility Service for the factory and office building
-Coordination of implantation for new infrastructure
-Live and promote Lean Thinking (basis: lean production model, ZPS
-Promote how to identify the wasted resources ("learning how to see")
-Initiate and promote continuous improvement of production processes and workspace
-Encourage to optimize production documents
-Support the industrialization of new machinery, equipment and tools (e.g. define interface to factory RFQ specification, defining acceptance criteria)
-Support project teams for new product ramp up (e.g. send experts to pre acc. tests)
-Area stock taking
-Plan and execute investment budgets
-Plan and implement measures to reduce downtime
-Optimize preventive maintenance frequency and execution time

Employee
-Qualify and integrate subordinates into existing organization
-Create & maintain staff qualification matrix
-Visualize maintenance relevant information
-Conduct necessary meetings
-Monitor the performance of EHS, 5S, productivity / cost, schedule, employee targets (KPI / BSC)
-Conduct annual performance review with subordinates

2 Functional Qualifications:
-Completed undergraduate studies focal point on engineering (e.g. Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics engineering)
-Experience with maintenance in automotive lighting system industrial workshops
-Experience within the following fields: Electrical, Mechanical, PLC, Robot, Glue system, Pneumatic, Camera systems
-Technical knowledge of assembly line automation
-Knowledge of 6S, TPM Quality and training
-Experience with spare parts management
-Work experience in headlamp light detection system preferable
-Work experience in surface treatment and inject molding machine industry preferable
-Basic Computer knowledge
-Good English communication skill

2 专业要求：
-电气工程、机械工程、自动化工程 、工业工程，机电一体化工科专业本科学历。
-有车灯工厂维护经验
-有电气、机械、PLC、机器人、涂胶系统、气动、相机系统相关经验
-组装线自动化技术知识
-6S/TPM/质量/培训知识
-备件管理经验
-有汽车头灯光型检测系统经验优先
-有表面处理及注塑工业经验优先
-电脑应用
-良好的英语听说读写能力
