Supply Chain & Procurement Supervisor (Dalian, China)

Purpose of the Job:

- To provide support and analysis on purchasing, warehousing, distribution and diagram supply chain model for the Division.
- To ensure that all procurement objectives / targets are met including short, medium and long term goals.

Key Result Areas:

- Ensure the business compliance.
- In charge of Division's Supply Chain implementation and control.
- Ensure a proper cost control and operation efficiency on supply chain process.
- Selection of Vendor and Supply Channel for the CNC and Spindle Repair business.
- Work closely with Business Leaders & Service Team in setting clear procurement plan and objectives.
- Proactively manage the process of quotation, tendering, price comparison, supplier negotiation, PO issuing and fulfillment.
- Understand requirements from business and service teams and search proactively from the market to identify the best offering for the Company.

Main Tasks:

1) Supply Chain:
- Review and update supply chain practices in accordance with the new business initiative need, statutory requirement and standard.
- Monitor and select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
- Develop material costs planning for maintenance, repair and assembly service.
- Negotiate prices and terms with logistics service providers and forwarders.
- Provide inventory analysis and support the stock planning.
- Handle import customs clearance, transportation and warehousing process.
- Data analysis and reporting to strive for improvement in supply chain flow.

2) Procurement:
- New Supplier evaluation, selection and set-up of ongoing performance management.
- Collaborate with internal Departments to evaluate the business need for identifying new suppliers.
- Implement internal procedures to monitor supplier's performance.
- Provide procurement analysis and drive the complex sourcing portfolio.
- Negotiate and review contract terms with vendors.
- Analyze CRM data and support business leader in forecasting the procurement and resources planning.
- Logistics management: ensure the smooth running of logistics channel.
- Ascertain adequate and appropriate internal control mechanism in place on all supply chain and procurement workflow processes.

Required Skills:

1) Knowledge
- With supply chain, procurement qualification and experience on CNC and/or Spindle Repair business in PR China.

2) Skills
- Positive attitude, creatives, analytical and orgainsied, persistent, strong business sense, self-motivated and initiative.
- Good communications and strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relations as well as inter-department relationship.
- Able to perform in a dynamic organization environment, work under pressure, independently and act as a team player.
- Ability to think, adapt, and react in high-energy and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in EXCEL and also with experience in ERP System.

Required Experience:

- University of graduate in Supply Chain & Logistics management field.

- At least 5 years of supply chain in CNC manufacturing industry.
